The app is still in development. These instructions describe its current controls. Our privacy policy explains the information involved.

Choose whether to use Rowan

Rowan is optional AI chat. You can use the other NewLeaves tools without starting a conversation. To avoid sending new messages to AI providers, stop using Rowan; closing chat does not erase messages already processed.

In Settings, turn off “Let Rowan use my plan” to limit the context sent with future messages. The current app still includes your journey, goal, chat topic, and approximate region when memory is off. With memory on, additional plan details, recent practice reflections, mood, progress, and Circle first names can be included. Turning memory off does not retract information already shared.

Use Settings → Delete all chats to remove local conversation history. See data deletion for server-held and provider records.

Control notifications

Change reminder preferences in NewLeaves Settings. To stop notifications entirely, use your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → NewLeaves. Disabling notifications does not itself delete a previously registered push token; you can request deletion below.

Choose whether to share app analytics

In NewLeaves Settings → Privacy, “Share app analytics” is off by default. Turning it on allows activity and plan choices, which can contain sensitive information, to be sent to our Supabase database to improve the app. Turn it off to stop new analytics events. Account and AI service records needed to provide requested features are separate. To remove existing account-linked records, use Settings → Delete account.

Advertising measurement

Advertising measurement is disabled in the current release configuration. If a future version asks for tracking permission, you can review it in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Access, correct, or delete information

Email bas@springdigitalcommerce.com and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action. We may need limited information to locate your installation or verify the request. Do not send journal entries, chat transcripts, passwords, or identity documents unless specifically needed and agreed with support.

Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Website choices

This website has no advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or newsletter sign-up. The contact form stores your enquiry in our private support database when you choose Send message. Email links open your own email application. Using this page does not change settings on your phone or submit a request automatically.
