These terms apply to the NewLeaves website and companion app provided by Spring Digital Commerce LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to bas@springdigitalcommerce.com.
Who the service is for
NewLeaves is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It offers self-guided educational and wellbeing tools for drinking, gambling, and heartbreak journeys. You are responsible for deciding whether these tools are appropriate for your circumstances.
Not medical care or crisis support
NewLeaves does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, financial advice, or emergency monitoring. Its 90-day structure is not a guarantee of recovery or any other outcome. Seek qualified professional support when needed. If you may be dependent on alcohol, speak to a medical professional before stopping or reducing. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
AI companion
Rowan is AI, not a person or therapist. Its responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, emergencies, or other consequential decisions. Optional chat requires consent to third-party processing as described in our privacy policy.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you create. You permit processing of content you choose to send as necessary to provide the requested features. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, compromise its security, or attempt to access someone else’s information. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and purchases
The app is being prepared for release. We may change features or availability and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Current pricing, any subscription terms, and renewal or cancellation conditions will be presented before a purchase. No subscription is sold on this website. See billing help for purchase, cancellation, and refund information. The 90-day programme is not a billing period.
App licence
When distributed through Apple, use of the licensed app is governed by the Apple standard end user licence agreement and applicable store terms. These website and service terms do not replace Apple’s standard app licence.
Data and ending use
Our privacy policy explains data practices. You can stop using NewLeaves at any time and follow our data deletion instructions. Keep any information you need before deleting local data. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or address misuse.
Intellectual property
The NewLeaves name, visual identity, software, and service content are owned by or licensed to the publisher. You may use them only as permitted by applicable law and the relevant licence. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks or service marks of Apple Inc.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every need or produce a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not restrict remedies available under the laws that apply to you.
