Your data

Read our privacy policy, manage privacy choices, or follow the data deletion instructions. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email the address above with the subject “NewLeaves privacy request”.

How do I reset my progress?

In the app, open Settings → Reset account. This deletes your plan, journal, check-ins, chats, and Circle from the device. It is permanent. It does not automatically erase previously transmitted server analytics or provider records; contact us for those requests.

How do I manage Rowan?

In Settings, turn off “Let Rowan use my plan” to stop sharing plan details with future chats. The current app still sends your journey, goal, chat topic, and approximate region when memory is off. Choose “Delete all chats” to remove conversations from your phone. Rowan is AI, not a person or therapist.

For purchases and cancellation, see billing help. Read Safety & AI for the limits of NewLeaves and Rowan.

Need urgent help?

NewLeaves support is not monitored as an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the app, “Get help now” provides support resources. You can also use Find A Helpline to look for services in your country.

Alcohol withdrawal

If you may be dependent on alcohol, get medical advice before stopping or reducing your drinking. Severe withdrawal needs urgent medical care. Read NHS guidance.
